just in case...

you've missed seeing this sweet little boy, we're still here...

I've misplaced one of my camera cords, the one that has all of our recent "posts" on it. As soon as I get a card reader or new cord, I'll get posting. We've been busy with all kinds of fun stuff. Most importantly, I can't believe how "big" this little man is getting. Tripp is going 90 to nothing these days. He's always been pretty active, but now add the non stop talking and questions. He amazes me everyday with what he knows and what he's learning. I am seriously going to have start doing a better job of keeping track of the things he does that make me stop and smile and say thank you Lord. We are so blessed! Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving, we certainly did!

big tractor

We traveled down to Dothan on Tuesday for a funeral and stopped by my aunt and uncle's house afterwards for a short visit. My uncle is a peanut farmer and it's currently "picking" time. They have cows, tractors, golf carts, and all kinds of fun toys. I am pretty sure Tripp would rather live there and never come back home. After visiting the cows, my aunt took us over to the field where the tractors were. Tripp's couldn't get out of his seat fast enough to see the big tractors and the machines. There were 4 tractors going up and down the field. Just when he thought it couldn't get any better, he hopped up in one and "drove" it down the field and back.

(I did not have my camera, so we used Lee's phone - not the best quality)
He definitely did not want to get out. He probably would have sat there all day if he could. Thanks Aunt Mary and Uncle Fred! He's still talking about the big tractors and the cows (and cousin Allie). Thank goodness we're going back down there in a couple weeks.

happy halloween

We had a great Halloween! This was the first real Halloween that we got to do all the fun stuff. Look how cute our little Race Car Driver is! Tripp loved his costume, and was proud to show it off. This is right before leaving to go to the fall festival at church. He had a Halloween party at school the day before and went room to room trick-or-treating, so he knew exactly what to do on Saturday. He was so excited!

He loves a hayride!

Meeting up with Price, I mean Buzz Lightyear

After playing all the little games at the fall festival, we headed to meet up with friends to go trick-or-treating. It's pretty hard getting 5 children to stand still and look at the camera... We had a Darth Vader, Policeman, Buzz, Race Car Driver and a cute little Ladybug!

Tripp had so much fun trick-or-treating! He loved ringing the door bell and would sometimes still ring it after they opened the door. He would have kept going all night if we let him. His new favorite "prize" is Nerds!
